The Kishi brothers’ culinary paths have woven through kitchens across the world, from Los Angeles to London, Dubai to Paris. Their combined expertise is the inspiration behind this residency, featuring gourmet renditions of beloved Japanese sandos. These pillowy soft, perfectly balanced creations elevate Tokyo convenience store classics with a menu including tamago, nasu (eggplant), crispy chicken & pork katsu, and decadent A5 Wagyu.
