Isn't that Proper?
There was a time when every great city had a great hotel. Like the museums, monuments, town squares and watering holes, these hotels were proud emblems of the local culture. They treated their guests with respect and anticipated their every need. They also welcomed in their neighbors, offering a home for civic and family activities. Somewhere along the way, the great tradition of grand hotels began to disappear. But we are bringing it back. Because we think it's time, once again, for a proper hotel.
