Villon Restaurant & Bar: San Francisco

A sophisticated gathering point for dynamic Mid-Market, Villon is dressed in Kelly Wearstler’s award-winning, dramatic design influenced by pre-Modernist styles. Here, the hyper-seasonal menu reflects twists on S.F.’s culinary culture and bounty. In our art-filled lobby salon, don’t miss an original libation from BVHospitality’s “7×7” cocktail anthology, in homage to San Francisco’s seven-by-seven-mile area.


La Bande

La Bande invites European café culture to San Francisco with a menu of inspired tapas, conservas, and craft aperitif cocktails. Enjoy California-meets-Mediterranean ingredient pairings from Chef Jason Fox, set in a Kelly Wearstler-designed space that takes cues from the bold geometry of Daniel Buren and a modernized Secession Era materiality. The elevated rooftop restaurant and bar, led by Executive Chef Kaleo Adams, serves fresh and vibrant Mediterranean and California cuisine, prepared in an inspiring surrounding with the ocean as backdrop. Whether from the sundeck or the circular bar, views are best enjoyed with natural wines, seasonal cocktails and small-batch spirits.


Palma Lobby Lounge: Santa Monica

Ben Medansky’s elegant mural isn’t the only artistry behind the bar. From morning until late, the lobby lounge serves a casual menu of eclectic snacks and bites to accompany crafted cocktails, an impressive collection of tequilas and mezcals, and natural wines.


The Peacock Mediterranean Grill: Austin

Sharing foods and flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean — think North Africa, Greece, Israel, and Lebanon — is the worldly inspiration behind The Peacock Mediterranean Grill. Mezze and wood-grilled fare is colorful and loosely plated, healthy and wholesome. Underneath twinkling rope fixtures hung in various heights, everything is fresh and fragrant — even the natural wines, and light spirits mixed with lots of fresh herbs, fruits and citrus.


La Piscina Poolside Restaurant & Bar: Austin

Located on the 5th floor of the Austin Proper Hotel, La Piscina is a convivial poolside restaurant and bar serving Texas-inspired Mexican cuisine for dinner, with lunch and brunch to come soon. The vibrant, open space overlooks the downtown Austin bustle as groups convene over family-style platters, ceviches and table-top sizzling fajitas, with fresh seafood grilled over a wood fire and house-made tortillas from an open comal.
