OPENING 2029 IN UPTOWN DALLAS

Dallas Proper will introduce the most significant new luxury hotel and residences development in the city in decades. Rising within a 34-story high rise at 2500 Cedar Springs Road, the project is designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) with interiors by Kelly Wearstler. Together, they bring globally recognized pedigree and Proper’s signature sensibility: soulful elegance, material richness, and a strong sense of place.

PROPER WELLNESS

At the heart of the property, the 15,000-square-foot Proper Wellness Center will be a first-of-its-kind destination for Dallas, combining holistic therapies, performance-driven fitness, and advanced recovery. Indoor and outdoor lounges, terraces, and cultural programming will make the space a hub for both social and physical vitality.

HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Dallas Proper Hotel will feature approximately 200 guestrooms and suites, three destination restaurants, five bar and lounge concepts, and a rooftop pool deck with panoramic skyline views. Indoors and out, 22,000 square feet of event space will host private gatherings, brand activations, and cultural celebrations.

RESIDENCES

On the upper floors, Dallas Proper Residences will offer a limited collection of approximately 82 fully appointed homes. Designed by Kelly Wearstler, each residence will reflect Proper’s signature sensibility while offering panoramic views and private amenities.

MEMBERSHIP

Dallas Proper will also be home to the 6,000-square-foot Proper Club, a private members’ space with its own restaurant, pool, bar, lounge, and work areas. Membership provides full access to the Wellness Center and serves as an intimate extension of the Proper experience in Dallas.

Situated at the gateway to Uptown near Klyde Warren Park and the Katy Trail, Dallas Proper anchors one of the city’s most vibrant and connected neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 93 and proximity to Dallas Love Field, the property offers seamless access to both business and leisure.
