Calabra Large Parties

Yes, we require a price-fixed menu for parties larger than 8 guests to ensure a smooth service for all our guests. We offer several prix-fixe options, served family style, starting at $69 per person (taxes and fees not included).

Your table is reserved for 2 ½ hours.

The contract secures your reservation and includes information about your reservation details. The credit card provided also confirms your reservation. Nothing is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking and you may pay with a different card at the time of your reservation.

We only accept one form of final payment for large parties on the day of your reservation.

We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or decreases in party size. If notice is not provided, the card on file will be charged in full for the final guest count reflected in the signed contract.

We are able to accommodate large-party reservations for groups of up to 35 guests through our restaurant team. For events of more than 35 guests, please contact our Sales team at [email protected] for further information regarding pricing and availability.

We offer vegan and vegetarian menu items and with advance notice we can accommodate most dietary requests.

$35 per 750 ml bottle corkage fee for any outside bottle brought into the restaurant, with a bottle maximum of 2 per group.

Unfortunately, we are not able to allow decorations for non-private events; including balloons, table dressings and flowers.

Guests are welcome to brin their own dessert to be served in addition to their menus.  We charge $5 per person for any outside dessert brought into the restaurant should you wish to have it served by our staff.

For groups with five (5) or fewer children, we are happy to offer our à la carte kids’ options. For groups with six (6) or more children, our Kids’ Pre-Fixe Menu at $30 per child is required.

We cannot guarantee specific table assignments though we do try our best to accommodate all requests.

We are able to accommodate larger groups at combined tables in most cases. Table configuration is dependent on the specific date and time of your event and will be confirmed with our Food & Beverage Admin / Semi-Private Events Coordinator.
