The Proper gym features three dedicated wide open spaces with natural light with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, state-of-the-art strength training, weight and cardio equipment and direct access to outdoor classes, including yoga and boot camp. Santa Monica Proper offers Individual private training sessions with Proper instructor Ally. Ally has spent most of her athletic career as a swimmer, runner, and triathlete. She has a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Level 1 certification (AKA run coach) and a NSCA-CPT certification (AKA fitness instructor). Classes available range from HIIT, Core + Cardio, Tabata and small group runs.
