Rules and Restrictions

Subject to availability and valid for new group contracts executed in 2026 for arrival dates in 2026 or 2027. Room revenue and F&B revenue thresholds are calculated separately and reflect contracted revenue prior to taxes, service charges, and fees. Marriott Bonvoy Points are awarded in the form of gift cards and are capped at 80,000 points. The F&B rebate is applied at the time of contracting and reflected in the executed agreement. Proper reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
