This rate is available to individuals or families impacted by mandatory or voluntary evacuation orders, flooding or mudslide risk, or severe weather–related displacement connected to prior wildfire-affected areas. Proof of eligibility may be required at the time of booking or check-in. Reservations must be made between December 31, 2025 and January 2026, with stays occurring between December 31, 2025 and January 12, 2026. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 4:00 PM (hotel time), 7 days prior to arrival, or no-shows will result in a charge for the full stay. This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Destination amenity fees are waived. No minimum length of stay is required. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to existing reservations.
