Named for the traditional Portuguese soup, Caldo Verde is an homage to global culinary tradition, from Spanish to Moorish, Corsican to Portuguese, featuring vegetable-driven market fare and a selection of boutique wines. Inside the design-driven space, a monolithic Judson Studios stained glass installation serves as the focal point of the rich interiors, nodding to Los Angeles and its historic European culinary influence.
