A few notes on the sanitization and safety measures we’re taking at Charmaine’s to ensure your safety and well-being.

  • Reservation’s only, to give us better control of seating and avoid creating too much of a line at entrance
  • Stanchioned line to provide good distancing markings
  • Security and Host podium to verify all guests’ temperature (respecting privacy)
  • Menus will be issued to guests via text message while in line
  • High touch areas constantly disinfected by Host and Security
  • Both Host and security will be wearing gloves to check IDs and masks
  • Single party will be escorted to elevator which will be disinfected between each use
  • Guests will need to be wearing masks until seated
  • Tables and surfaces will be disinfected between each use
  • Staff will be wearing masks at all times and ensure that all guest do the same when not at the table
  • Drinks and plates will be carried an a tray and brought next to the guest who will pick it up directly from the tray to reduce number of touches
  • Blankets provided will be disinfected and aerated for 48 hours between each use
  • Signage will be on all areas to explain capacity limits, restrooms usage, elevator usage, social distancing and masks protocol
  • Touchless payment option will be provided
  • Cashless operations
  • Daily overnight deep cleaning of all areas
  • Indoor seating not available, signage will be placed on all indoor tables and seating areas
  • Bar counter will not be available for direct service, table service only
  • All Wines and Beers will be available To Go at a 20% discount
  • Receipts will be available via text or e-mail
  • Limiting maximum number of guests for a table to 6
  • Extensive training of all staff during the week prior to reopening on all additional protocols
  • Very limited seating (about 25% of capacity) to not only ensure social distancing but also to put guests’ minds at ease and allow them to enjoy the more elevated experience we’ve created
