Photography

Professional photography requests must be reviewed and approved with at least four weeks’ notice. This includes any photography or videography with professional equipment, drones, and/or media-use. Hotel rooms cannot be booked to be used as a shoot location. A member of our team must accompany the photographer in all public spaces and spaces must remain 100% intact.

Mobile phone photography is permitted with limitations:

  • No more than 5 minutes of dedicated photo taking.
  • Privacy and respect for hotel guests and colleagues must be observed at all times.
  • Doors, hallways, passages, elevators, etc. may not be blocked for any reason.
  • Spaces must remain 100% intact – furniture, design elements, seating, etc. cannot be moved, rearranged, or stood on.
