Rules & Restrictions:

Valid for groups of 20+ peak nights or more hosting a meeting at Austin Proper from June 1st through August 31st of 2024.  *Ten-percent (10%) rebate to master account will be calculated upon the net value charged to the master account excluding taxes and service fees.  A five-percent (5%) rebate will be credited to the master account at the conclusion of the event and the additional five percent (5%) will be treated as a deposit for an additional event to be held between the dates of June 1st and August 31st of 2025.  If an additional program is not hosted in the summer of 2025, additional 5% will be retained by hotel.  Suite upgrades will be offered based upon availability at the established Group Rate. Food & Beverage experiences include events that take place in one of our outlets such as La Pascina, Goldie’s or Quill Room.   Spa Discount will be offered for weekday appointments. 

Group must be booked and actualized between the dates of June 1st 2024 and August 31st, 2024.
