Pay Now Rates: These rates are fully prepaid at the time of booking. Once booked, reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Pay Later Rates: Must cancel by 3pm, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Please note, special event dates may have modified deposit and cancellation policies. These rate specific policies will be noted in your confirmation letter. A government issued photo ID will be required at time of check-in. To cover incidentals, $150/day will be authorized on your credit card at check-in.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep? We’ll do our very best to accommodate your request based on availability – kindly let us know in advance. If unavailable, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. Late check-out fees may apply. If you check out or leave before your scheduled departure date, there is a fee of one night’s stay plus tax.
Room rates are subject to the following nightly fees:
Hotel Occupancy tax of 15.00% per night
Wellness Fee of 3.25% per night

Austin Proper is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in public areas, food and beverage outlets and guest rooms. In the event smoking occurs in a guest room, a cleaning fee of $400 will be assessed per room, per night.
